Complete with resin & white metal castings, plastic windows, signs,
laser-cut shingles & rolled-roofing, and even some "Insta-Fence"
 this limited-run (275) kit occupied an area of 12x18 inches on our diorama.

Please note: There are approx. 75 kits remaining of the 275 that will be made.

This slightly different view of the structure will let you see more of the detail on the kit.
  The structure is also supplied with metal roofing material from "Northeastern Scale Lumber"
 to help make the scene more interesting.  Note the two newly mastered workbenches in the photo below.
Roof details make the scene, and this kit has plenty of them.
Even the back of the building sports a loading dock and detailed pieces.
  If you'll notice there is only one vehicle and no figures featured in these photos...
 we felt this kit "told the story" on its own and avoided spending the extra
 $$$ in an attempt to "dress-it-up"...
