Paper-based models
have been popular in Europe "forever". While the regular line of
Bar Mills structures always include some form of laser-cut roofing,
this version of the "shingle" is "printed", and then "laser-cut"...
eliminating the need for additional work on the part of the
modeler. the results are consistent, and with a little extra
"dry-brushing" and detailing the shingles can be given even more of a
craftsman-type look ! Available at your local hobby shops in HO
scale, and in 2 different base color patterns ! Soon to be released in
other scales as well !
These pre-colored shingles are already
showing the effects of the "weather"... right out of the package
! Just apply glue to the back of them, align them into position,
and once dry... trim to exact length !
